As I started the capsules, I felt as though I had more energy, but as the days went on I do relaize now that I was experiencing the same side affects many have mentioned here, although I did not contribute it to the capsules..I thought I would continue and purchase more, but have decied against it now since I did get bad stomach pains and headaces and did not see a difference in less stomach fat.. ... my husband took this he did lose weight but had a bad reaction after about 3 weeks from taking it with his cholesterol medication (zocar)my research has found It shoudnt be taken with statins.He had sevier muscle weakness,loss of memory and became very weak amd disoriented.His doctor told him to stop taking garcinia cambosia over a week ago.He is better but has not totally recoverd as of today.He& ... I have NEVER reviewed a product or anything else. However, Im going through medical issues because I started taking Garcinia Cambogia and want others to proceed with caution or at least know warning signs. I had Watery stool, blood, severe cramps, headaches. I actually went to the Dr after a week or so who took stool samples and stated that the bacteria levels were basically outta whack. Ive been ... Purchased at WalMart and gained weight. This was a BIG disappointment as I'm pre-diabetic and need to lose weight. I had no bad side effects - just didn't lose any weight. . . in fact, it seems my appetite increased with usage.
