I was taking two 600 mg Garcinia Cambogia daily, 60% HCA for almost 1 month. I thought it would help with appetite control and with fat burning during exercise. I didn't notice any loss in appetite during the time I was taking it. I had a goal to loose about 20 lbs. I am 39, 6'1" and 193 lbs at the time I began taking. 3 weeks in I can't get out of the bathroom. I have list 4 pounds most likely from not being able to eat - the cramping was worse then labor pains. I do not recommend it to anyone

I have been taking GC for 4 days. I am also cleansing my colon and doing an organ detox at the same time. The dark circles around my eyes are going away. I don't have to take sleeping pills for insomnia anymore and I have more energy. I'm not as hungry. The brand I'm taking only has 50% HCA. No dry mouth, no pain.
