I have been on this for a little more than 30 days and have had no weight loss, in fact I have gained weight. Side effects, headache and some indigestion - gerd especially at night. Think I will quit using it. It did not come with instructions about how you are supposed to eat.

After 3 weeks, I'm down 5lbs. This would be delightful if I didn't feel so horrible. I took Miracle Garcinia Cambogia and wish I had read closer. Apparently the supplement increases your seratonin levels. This isn't good since I take SSRI's for this reason. Too much serotonin is a bad thing and can lead to Serotonin Syndrome. I wish I had known that from the start.

after 5 weeks of taking it I lost 10 pounds, along with exercise and a meal plan for weight loss. Now experiencing rapid heart rate, shortness of breath and anxiety. Not sure if it's due to this herbal or not
