    Week 3 update.. I have had strep for 3 days so I didn't take the pills for 3 days. But, am down a total of 12lbs since starting! It works! I'm going to try and post the link where I bought them. The manufacturer is maritzmeyers

    Been taking 'Garcinia Trim 60%HCA' for almost a month now. The suggested use is one tablet(500MG) three times daily with full glass of water 60 minutes before each meal and not to exceed 6 tablets a day. Pretty much I take one tablet around 8:10am, another at 10:30am-11:30am and sometimes I skip the third but if I do take it, I take it between 4pm-5pm. So, this does help curb my ap ...
