I started taking this product a week ago. I take two in the morning. Then take two for lunch and two before dinner. You have to drink lots of water so you don't get constipated . I go to the bathroom twice a day. I workout five days a week for twenty minutes. So far I have lost three pounds and feel great! No cravings, no retreats. My goal is twelve pounds. Bad stuff!!! Live & learn... I have type 2 diabetes & tried taking this garcinia Cambodia bought at whole foods ( Himalayan) & have noticed my sugars going up. Tonight I checked my sugar & it was 247!!! OMG! I have never, ever had sugars this high. I didn't take the evening dose & my sugars are coming down. I have being taking this product for the past 23 days, and have never felt so constipated in my life, to the extent of going to the emergency room for colitis...I did indeed, curved my appetite, but the side effects are horrible!!!!!

I took this medication for the first time and in about 1-2 hours. My chest felt tight and i felt nausea sweep around me. I had to take something for nausea and an ASA because I took my B/P and it was elevated and heart rate increased. If this is the way to lose weight i think i rather be alittle over weight. After 2 weeks of taking Garcinia Cambogia I experiened bloating, conspitation, and bleeding hemmorids. The only good thing was it curved my appetite for sweets. I got the brand that was on Dr OZ website and am sorry I started on them. Bad idea...
