I'm into bodybuilding and workout 3 days a week . I just have a little stubborn belly fat that just doesn't go away. I'm into day 4 taking 2 in the morning 1 in the late afternoon and 2 at night before dinner. All equal to 2500mg. Study was done on 3000mg. Have been taking Garcinia Cambogia for 2 days and I feel awful. Have had headaches, aching all over and feel nauseous. Will not take any more as this is awful.

I took 1 pill a day at alternate times about 6 days a week with garcinia and green tea and for about4.5 months. I lost 6 lbs my first month with no exercise and very little change in diet&17 in 4 months. I was a little less hungry, but barely exercised or changed my diet. Went from 152 to 135. I took less since the jury is still out on its safety.

I have been taking this product for about two weeks now. Within the two weeks I have only worked out twice and I have lost 3 pounds. I have ate fast food this entire time as well. I believe the product is working it may be too soon to tell but normally it is really hard for me to loose weight unless I completely change what I eat and work out everyday. I am share with all my weight loss journey. first time I am used Garcinia Cambogia did nothing for me. I chose it because of the amazing multiple reviews, but either they are fake or it only didn’t work for me. I actually gained 3 pounds using this.
