I HAVE TAKEN IT FOR 30 DAYS HAVE LOST 8 POUNDS. I WALK 30 IN TWICE A DAY AND TAKE THE PILL TWICE A DAY HOWEVER I STARTED GETTING A RASH AND VERY NAUSEOUS AFTER THE FIRST 5 DAYS I STOPPED THE PILL FOR A WEEK AND HALF TO SEE IF THIS WAS WHAT WAS CAUSING IT AND IT CAME BACK 2-3 HOURS AFTER TAKIN IT I DO LOSE MY APPITIETE HOWEVER FEELING SICK IS NOT A FAIR TRADE OFF FOR ONLY 8 POUNDS

Some people say that they have gained weight and are angry because it's a ripoff and they hate it. what they don't understand is that taking the pill is half the battle it helps with your diet and not eat as much but if all you eat is junk and sugar food of course your not going to lose weight and if you can't take the the time to do at least two 15 minute work outs at HOME (NOT A GYM) ... I have lost 15 pounds in the last 3 months using G.C. I was also using Body By V, a protein shake for breakfast with normal eating the other 2 meals.
