    Comment:
Began taking basic drug store brand of this product. Don't buy the expensive stuff they push. I take 2 pills 3 times daily. I believe the product has helped me lose weight. So far I have lost 32 lbs in 3-1/2 months BUT I am also on a 1000 calorie per day diet as well. I have had no side effects from its use.

Did not loose any weight over a 4 month period. Discovered the product had Calcium as an ingredient, which sometimes works against the weight lose process. This particular brand of product was recommended by a famous TV Doctor!Buyer beware!
