I tried CLA only to realize the side effects that I experience were not worth it. Headaches, adominal pain, feeling very dizzy and living in the bathroom. I was so nauseated that I had to lay down and just rest. I have heard it does well for some but not for me. I got off of it and symptons went away. The best way is to excercise and eat right. CLA studies suggests that it helps reduce fat storage in certain areas of the body (including the abdominal region), such that a supplemental dose (1000-3000mg/day) might help reduce abdominal fat when combined with a regular exercise routine. I started taking this supplement not know that it would help with weight loss. I immediately stopped snacking and having cravings. I lost 18 pounds in the first month. I highly recommend this!!!!

Started taking Linoleic acid in April '12. Then read an article that the conjugated was better for weight loss. Altough my energy seems improved, have experience no weight loss whatsover in last 6 months.
