    As a retired Aerobics instructor, I still like to keep active although fibromyalgia has caused me great pain and fatigue far too exagerated for the amount of exercise to account for.     After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I've been working with a naturopath and she had recommended this. I had it but was not vigilant about taking it. Not seeing much improvement I realized I needed to actually FOLLOW THE PROTOCOL. So after about 1-2 weeks of D-ribose and my other supplements the fibrofog was gone.     I was diagnosed with "myalgia" more than 12 years ago and with "fibromyalgia" by three pain specialists in the past 10 years. The widespread pain increased to the point that many nights were unbearable. SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclics, etc., produced severe side effects and no relief.     IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK FOR THIS TREATMENT TO TAKE EFFECT. I HAVE NOTICED THAT I HAVE MORE STAMINA. I HAVE LESS SORENESS AND TIREDNESS AFTER PHYSICAL EXERTION.
