I have been using a cream form of this. After the first week I started getting hot flashes at nignt. I decreased the does to 1/4 tsp. and it seemed to help, but now 2 weeks later the hot flashes are back. The cream says to go off of it for 5 days then resume. This is day 2 and I had hot flashes all night long. It seems to helping with belly fat though. I can't find any advice on what to do.

I've taken it for 2 weeks - no change in energy - stomach feels upset and so do my bowels. All I want to do is sleep and have done so for 2 days. Only difference is 7keto. I will stop taking.
