My knees have been in bad shape for years. Between retaining fuild around them and just a constant ache. I was told I have arthritis in them. I discovered Rosehips and after 6 months of 2 tablets a day.....I feel like I could run a marathon with no problems if I were younger.

Comment:
I tried a new a rosehip product called iflex that claims to help joint problems. I've tried glucosamine in the past and had no results so I was skeptical about trying a new product. After I finished the bottle and ran out, my joint pain came back. I now use iflex everyday. It has greatly improved my life!
