It does lower the blood sugar - I am diabetic so I have been using less insulin. it does leave a "metalic" after taste in the mouth, which takes about 2 days to completely get rid of. So I dont use it every day.

I had a Ha1c reading of 6.5, I am borderline diabetic. I have taken this product for just over 2 months and my Ha1c is now 5.1. I am really amazed by it. Comment:
Metformin and Actos alone did not stablize my blood sugar ups and downs. Gymnema gives me more control... One tablet 45-60 minutes before a low sugar meal, Two before a high sugar meal, give me better readings and more stable readings. Other things to consider are Chrominum GTF and apple cider vinegar products.
