Canthaxanthin is great. I took 90 mg daily for about a week then dropped down to about 2-3 times a week. Skin looks great. Absolutely no side effects. I took it back in high school many years ago and it worked great then too. The garbage out there about it being dangerous is weak at best.

Many years ago I took canthaxanthin to tan. After 10-14 days I was in agony, severe gastric pain. My digestive system has not been the same since.
