I have used black cohosh for hot flashes it took about two wks at taking 2 a day. I weigh 100 pounds...Black Cohosh has worked wonderfully with no side effects.I forgot several wks to buy more...hot flashes were back in less then a week...upon taking the cohosh within a week the hot flashes were very rare.I am definitely a person who recommends black cohosh.

Started with one tablet twice a day. Hot flashes stopped withing started again but not as severe. Went back to twice a day and very seldom have hot flashes. Have tried other remedies and herbs but this was the most successful.
