I had bad hot flashes. I started taking Cohash and they decreased to only one a day. I stopped thinking I was OK, and within a couple days the hot flashes started up again. So I started taking black cohosh again and they went away. It works for me and that made my quality of life better.

Started taking black cohosh to get relief from ridiculous night sweats. Took only one 100 mg at night and after a month was able to take one every other night and then every third night and still get relief. Don't know what I would have done without it.
