    This product gave me liver damage. One must be careful of Taking it with any other meds.

    Started taking black cohosh to get relief from ridiculous night sweats. Took only one 100 mg at night and after a month was able to take one every other night and then every third night and still get relief. Don't know what I would have done without it.

    I felt immediate relief. I am not having near as many hot flashes as before I used it. I've gone from about 20 hot flashes a day to around 5. And the intensity of the flashes is lessened.
