    The best herb hands down for anxiety. Keeps you calm in very stressful situations or while traveling.

    It works for anxiety ok but if you take a little too much it works your liver really hard. This is not from reading warning labels. This is from personal experience. I thought it was back pain but it wasnt. Be careful. Yes I was taking a little more than I should have but not too much more. Scary stuff.

    I have been using for over 2 years and find it helpful and meets my needs. I usually take 250mgs per dose, 2-3 times daily.

    I use kava kava before finals, giving presentations or formal dinners. I don't need it all the time, and it really does help.

    I was taking 40 mg of Prozac daily and was weaned off at the recommendation of my psychiatrist. I would sometimes still battle with panic attacks and anxiety so I took kava without seeking medical advice.
