When I feel anxiety attack brewing I take two 425mg Kava Kava capsules and my anxiety dissipates. I feel nothing unusual except my anxiety is significantly reduced or gone. I have experienced no noticeable side effects although I take them on an as needed basis not as a daily supplement.

I purchased Kava Kava in its ground form and made the traditional South Pacific recipe by mashing the raw, ground kava root into coconut milk. Ground stems will make you ill - it must be the root only. I ... Show Full Comment

The best herb hands down for anxiety. Keeps you calm in very stressful situations or while traveling.

I suffer from mild OCD which can cause me Anxiety, and Insomnia. I was skeptical at first, but my wife insisted that I at least try it. The results have been absolutely amazing. I would use caution on high doses, early on I doubled the dose and it definitely had a mild intoxicating affect on me. Nothing serious, and I functioned fine. I would say the affect could be described as a very mild form ... Show Full Comment
