I've used Melanotan for a few years now and have had great results when injecting. I did try the nasal spray once and it didn't work (apparently, the molecules are too big to be absorbed through the nasal membrane) but great results all other times. I am really disappointed in the product. For the price of R700 a bottle, I received a tiny bottle smaller than the length of my finger (excluding the nasal sprayer) it is ineffective and i have not seen any difference. My bottle is almost finished and know results, am i expected to pay another R700 to get results.

Great change in skin coulor. No longer pale. Have taken dosage as described. Have had further moles/freckles appear, this is not a problem. However I have developed oral melanotic macules from this makes my gums look black! (gingiva)Not a side effect that has been noted as far as my research has taken me. Oral melanotic macules ARE a side effect of medicines that change pigmentation of the skin
