I find black seed oil to be an amazing product, but be sure it's cold pressed & 100% black seed oil, unrefined. I personally like amazing herbs as that's all they do & it's as the prophet Mohammad said it cures everything except death. Relieved gum soreness. I have taken it daily (approx. 1 tsp.) in a cup of tea or hot water. The soreness was relieved soon after. I find it comical that the information on Black Seed Oil says, "...black seed might help boost the immune system, fight cancer, prevent pregnancy, and lessen allergic reactions by acting as an antihistamine, but there isn't enough information in humans yet.& ... 3years ago I was advised by a colleagues to consume nigella sativa capsuls to increase my stamina. back then, I was easily tired, too much asleep, had difficulty to focus. I have neuroendocrine cancer stomach area since 2011 and a brain tumour surgery July 2011. First half of 2013 my condition got worse. All through this time, surgery is not possible because it is hazardous to my condition. I went through 8 cycles of chemotheraphy and radiotherapy. It got worse. I know black seed oil works for me. I rub the oil on my body pain, headaches, my joints. I thank God for this oil. I don't have to use anything else.
