Many have said that they do not notice much difference when taking a teaspoon a day. The reason for that is, that you need to take much more when you are dealing with acute symptoms. 3 tablespoons a day is perfect and you will notice within a month (yes a month) that you feel better, your joints are not sore or stiff and that you sleep soundly...which in itself will help heal the body. For Allergies:I have severe allergies to pollen, molds, dust, etc. and allergy induced asthma. 3 teaspoons a day of Black Seed Oil has helped me cut back on the amount of medication I need . I no longer need to use an inhaler and have cut the rest of my medication in half.

I had ulcer and constipation nothng helped tryed black seed omg it helped me in just 2weeks now im fine this seed is a miracle now taking no tablets at all ..

Comment:
was having flu and took it but stopped in no time. later had severe headache. want to know if dosage was too much. tip of teaspoon in the aftermoon, mixed with my lunch
