    I have had two cervical spine surgeries, total 4 levels of fusion, I have spinal lordosis,and cervical spinal stenosis. White Willow Bark seems to help as well as Vicodin or Cecebrex, it is safe to continue to take it, I take 4 caps daily as recommened on container. Can I take more, due to my age surgery is out of the question. I have ftingling and nubness in my hand, but mostly I need to control ... Show Full Comment

    Triple Flex with white willow bark extract. For my knees. I have exchanged this for my Extra Strenth Flex All--which did not always help. I think it is the white willow bark that is helping. My knee's get so bad that they will not bend good and they hurt. I feel a big change in them, they actually feel normal now. Just have to do my drug interaction with it due to being on other medication ... Show Full Comment
