    I have the liquid OSHA and took some as required.It tasted AWLFUL......the worse thing that I ever tasted,but it worked for me.

    I started using osha root for blocked eustacian tubes. I thought my ears were going to explode and the pain was severe. After only one week the pain is gone, still some pressure but not severe. The best part for me is that I have been suffering from upset stomach since being struck by lightning in 1991, nothing medically has helped at all.     I cut off a small piece of the fresh root and chew it until there is no flavor left, then dispose of it. I can breath 2 times as deep as I could before being on or off oxygen. It works for opening those air passages.

    Have been using this herb for years. Work in a call center & keep a bag of root particles available during flu season. Everyone uses it. Was even told for allergy reasons can chew on small pieces all day long. I boil the root & use a towel over my head when I am really congested. Normally drink a tea all day long.
