I take two tablets one in the morning one at night of Saw Palmetto berries 585 mg each with a B5 in the morning. It is like night and day for me. I find increased urine flow and I don't have to get up to urinate at night anymore.

Taking for a few years. Stronger urine flow and more complete voiding of bladder. Was taking 1 a day @460mg. Now experimenting with 3 a day @1380m. Not sure what is optimum. No side effects noted. Tried flomax recently and had massive headache and other side effects.

Enlarged prostate and have been taking this for years (20 years). During this time I stopped taking for 4 years but started taking it again 3 years ago. I have noticed no change when taking it or not. Waste of money and my doctor agrees.
