Which i've suffered from since my teenage years and I am now 30. I have only been taking flaxseed oil along with cod liver oil for about a month or so now. And it has done wonders for my skin. My skin is 97% clear the majority of the time. This is after I had been on antibiotics and countless topical creams over the years which would work about 70-80%. This by far is the best thing ive used for my face thus far with the exception of birth control pills (ortho-tricylcen) which seemed to keep my blemish prone skin under control. However, this is way cheaper and has other health benefits too. I occasionally will breakout near my period but even so its no where as bad as it previously was. So I would highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to get their facial ance under control as I had been for so many years.

I have been taking the oil from flaxseed oil tablets for 2 years now for help with hot flashes....It workds for me...but i have to cut the pills open and put the oil in some juice and down it....does not work for me if i just take the tablets....I have recommended this to others and it has worked for some but others and one friend got heartburn from the tablets....

My O/B Dr said I could use this drug for hot flashes. I started it about 6 months ago before I started having hot flashes. I havent noticed a considerable difference. But I read the Omega 3 fatty acids is good for you.

I started Flaxseed oil to clear my acne....IT WORKS because my acne is hormonal. Yet, although I have a clear face now...I am experiencing crazy depression. I think the oils are re-organizing my hormonal make up and I am feeling some side effects that I am not sure I want to feel. I think this is called a Omega 6 deficiency reaction. I need to take some Omega 6 to balance this all out.
