    This seems to help with my stress level. I don't really see any changed in memory or focus. Constipation is one of the side effects that I'm having with this product. I continue to take it for stress relief

    Been taking phosphatidylserine (PS) complex (capsules containing 200 mg PS, plus phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine) at 400 mg PS per day for 1-1/2 years. Honestly I really haven't noticed any appreciable benefits or changes.     I HAVE BEEN TAKING THIS HERB FOR OVER 13 YEARS. IT HAS IMPROVED MY RECALL AND OVERALL IMPROVED MY MEMORY. AN 80 YR OLD SUGGESTED THIS TO ME. I TAKE ONE CAPSULE TWICE A DAY.

    I was diagnosed with Relapsing/Remitting MS 6 years ago. I began taking PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE 3 years ago, after some research of my own. It really has helped with my "brain fog".
