Hoodia gordonii has been an excellent help in my weight loss program. I buy it by mail-order from Swanon. You must take it about 15 minutes BEFORE eating. I have had no side effects. Im so tired and i feel some sensation in my nervsystem like i took so much coffe even though i dont drink it. Im sensitive and i suspect it is mixed with something. When i take ephedrin i get this tired also. Maybe it has some ephedra or similar in it.

I am loosing weight after using this medicine . But I am very tired with fatigue and dizziness is affecting my daily routine. My iron levels have also gone done poorly. If you are focusing on weight loss only then this medicine will reduce your appetite 100%.

Been taking for about 1 week, realy curbs appetite very well, although i still want to habit eat, i'm really not hungry. Bought through Puritan n 800mg, no side effects, no headaches.
