I chose Himalayan shilajit resin from Nutraharmony for eczema itchiness relief. It worked for me—the itchiness went away significantly within three weeks. I appreciate that it has few to no side effects, and its anti-inflammatory properties are great.

Internal use of supplements containing fulvic acid has given me debilitating headaches and swelling in legs and feet. I started slow, taking detox symptoms into consideration, but after months of trying to figure out the cause it turned out to be fulvic acid. It was disappointing because I was hopeful about some of the research. Did not work for me at this time.

RE: shilajit. After experimenting for some time I found a beverage this worked in for my palate, a dark, bitter drink like chocolate or coffee. I felt different, there were some benefits. But after a few weeks my migraines returned and I was feeling anxious. I noticed there was a warning on the package about lead from Ayurvedic medicines. I feel like there is a big gap in the safety practices involved with shilajit and I have yet to find a product that appears to be doing their best here. I'm just laying this down as a warning, lead is serious business, no medicine is helpful enough to warrant a lackadaisical approach towards lead or other heavy metals like mercury and arsenic. I'm hoping to find a company selling fulvic acid that has better standards.Read More Read Less

I had some concerns about my beginning to feel a bit sluggish. I knew my diet had not been as good as it should, and I was missing out on critical nutrition in exchange for convenience. I did some research, and found out about fulvic acid. Found Humful Fulvic Acid Complex. First serving gave me a great amount of energy and focus. And after using it for several months, I have felt lighter and more alert than I had been becoming. I also sleep better, being able to burn my energy off during the day. Bowel movements are greatly improved. I love this stuff, and likely won't go without for as long as I am able to.Read More Read Less

I take 1/8 tsp (1 packet of powder) in about 12 oz of cool water daily. Fulvic Humic Blend helps me clear my lungs. I had a chronic cough that nothing else works on. It clears up and stays clear as long as I take fulvic at least twice per week, but I like to take it everyday knowing the detox benefits and trace minerals it provides. It also increased my hair volume. There are always wisps of baby hairs filling in, when I had a problem with thinning before fulvic. I'm getting mine based on what's recommended at fulvic-acid.org .Read More Read Less

I use it for overall maintenance. I ONLY CHOOSE ALLERGY BECAUSE I MY OPTION WASN'T THERE,)Whenever I feel like something is going a bit awry. I can count on my fulvic acid to realign things again. I have had all positive experiences with it.

It did nothing to relieve my allergies. I noticed it gave me a sore throat, daily headache and excessive diarrhea. I would not recommend taking this product.

Very irresponsible for WebMD to not know common detox symptoms and report them as adverse reactions. Fulvic Acid is phenomenal and there are Gov studies to prove it.

Received my bag Aug 2nd, began foot soaks immediately and made a paste using b.o.o and coconut oil. I began seeing positive results in first treatments. Skin is softer, less irritation. Within a month, darkest spots have drastically reduced, skin has life again and is soft to the touch.

Had an extreme case of oral thrush following antibiotics for a tooth infection, and swishing a 50/50 mix of aloe juice & a colloidal fulvic acid extract from Utah shale destroyed it immediately, no exaggeration. I had to stay on it for 3 days to keep it down, but it has proven 100% effective at keeping it out of my mouth. I’m almost positive it’s doing the same in my guts when I drink it - my gut issues make it hard to tell exactly what it’s doing, but there’s always major improvement almost immediately. And it clearly has a variety of health benefits every time I take it, just from consistent observable & significant improvement in the way I feel after taking it. BTW, Aloe by itself did very little to check that infection at any point, so it was clearly the colloidal minerals. The astringent property is very beneficial to oral tissues, beyond any infection fighting immune boosting nutritional support. Mine was a gouse brand of an online supplement retailer Read More Read Less
