Niacinamide is a great addition to many supplement routines. I have been using a complex supplement with Niacinamide from Nutraharmony for a month and saw a significant reduction in fatigue, and my skin looks and feels better.

Taking Nicotinamide (500mg) and Pyruvate (1500mg) for open angle glaucoma as supplements to my timolol and bimatoprost prescribed drops. Several studies indicate that it may be effective in delaying optic nerve damage.

I have been taking niacinamide (insolar) for 6 months , I had like old age bruising on my arms and legs , my legs were extremely red and inflamed , my mother had the same condition, god bless her , but I truly think using insolar has cleared up my skin 100% . There for I will continue using this Daily ROD ..
