Have breathing issues, not diagnosed with anything tho blood work good and my lungs were good according to X-ray but I still had shortness of breath a started taking this as a tea and it’s amazing! Helped me so much not even an inhaler helped like this. I got it at a botanical store and the Spanish name is pulmonaria.

I was diagnosed with COPD a year ago. Not bad enough for medications, inhalers do not help. I get short of oxygen especially on warm days or if exerting myself. After 2 weeks of drinking Lungwort tea twice a day I don't have that problem, but if I quit drinking it then I get the breathing problem back. I found the best Lungwort came from South America via Amazon.com The Lungwort from the United Kingdom does not work as good and it is too full of the plant stems instead of leaves. Hope this info helps.Read More Read Less
