I take one tablet a day for my skin.I have fair skin and am prone to sun damage.I had one scaly brown spot on my forehead that no cream would help. Since taking the lycopene, my skin has gotten smoother and the scaly brown spot on my face has smoothed, shrunk and can hardly be seen.

I was considering a Melaleuca branded eye supplement, and it looked good as it did not contain Red Dye like other OTC products such as OcuVite. I have an allergy to Red Dye. However, it contains lycopene...which in the US is 85% derived from tomatoes. IF you have an anaphylactic reaction to tomatoes...lycopene in any product is NOT for you. Beware those who say it "natural"...it is, but can also be deadly. As always, read your labels and research everything.
