    I started taking BC about eight years ago and began experiencing breakouts of sores about six years ago. Just a few at first, but as time went on more and more, larger and slow-to-heal, leaving scars. Two dermatologists and several medications later, I'm covered with scars and sores.     After initially using BC it was working. I could sleep and just exist in balance. But soon afterwards I began getting migraines and my hot flashes returned with a vengeance. My body is very sensitive to any and everything. If you are like me I would use caution. I normally react to anything that doesn't work for me right away. And these are my results with BC.     I've been taking BC for about a month and have had great results.
