Terry Grim, director of audience engagement, is responsible for ensuring that WebMD's editorial pages are optimized for audience engagement and adhere to editorial and programming guidelines. She also leads the asset management team, which helps organize the site's assets and facilitates the acquisition of partner content.
Previously, Grim served as WebMD’s multimedia producer and as programming manager. She also served on the usability committee, where she was involved in A/B testing aimed at improving user experience.
Grim has held positions with Tribune Company and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, which included senior producer, editor, and product manager.
Grim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated magna cum laude.
