I think where we are right now and research that we could recommend, because there's so little disadvantage to recommending this, and there's so much research to show that it might be beneficial to the brain, those three things would be having a healthy diet, getting regular exercise-- maybe as little as 30-minute walk a day, or most days of the week-- and also staying socially and cognitively active all through your life. Having fun with family and friends, and being active and using your brain, will most likely-- although we don't know for absolute certain right now-- but most likely help to protect your brain with age.
