What activities are beneficial to people with asthma?

ANSWER

Swimming, which is a strong endurance sport, is a good choice for many people with asthma, because you do it while breathing in warm, moist air. It's also an excellent way to stay in shape.

Other good activities for people with asthma include outdoor and indoor biking, aerobics, walking, and running on a treadmill.
