When you have a cold or the flu, NyQuil is one medicine you'll want to avoid. It's high in alcohol, which isn't good for your babies.
For safer cold and flu relief, you can take Tylenol for aches, Actifed or Sudafed for a stuffed nose, and Robitussin or Vicks Cough Syrup for a cough. Before you take any medicine, though, check with your doctor just to be safe.
