ARY NUNEZPeople tend to kind of swell up and feel uncomfortable when they fly. Here are some quick tips that are going to help you feel amazing.
First, you can actually work out on the plane. Either walk up and down the aisle, maybe do some overhead presses with water bottles.
You could even work the rotator cuff right here, and you can stretch. So take a moment to stretch on the plane.
Here's another quick tip. Wear compression socks. Compression socks, wear compression arm sleeves. Why? Because it prevents you from swelling.
One last tip, and this is between you and me and it's free. Chew parsley. It's an anti-inflammatory and it tastes great.
