Berrylin Ferguson, MD, FACS

After graduating from Duke University's School of Medicine, Berrylin Ferguson, MD, FACS, performed postgraduate work in surgery, otolaryngology, and medical mycology.

She is associate professor for University of Pittsburgh's department of otolaryngology, as well as chief of that school's Division of Sino-nasal Disorders and Allergy.

Ferguson is board-certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and American Rhinologic Society, and is also a lecturer, teacher, and writer, with dozens of publication credits to her name.

Ferguson is representing the Sinus and Allergy Health Partnership on WebMD. Formed in May 1998, the mission of the Sinus and Allergy Health Partnership is "to promote public and physician education, to further quality medical care, and to facilitate development of new knowledge of rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and related disorders, through the unique expertise of Otolaryngologists."
