Beth Johnston, PharmD, BCPS, has over 15 years of experience in ambulatory care clinical pharmacy practice, including pharmacy management and serving as PGY-1 residency program director. She also has over 7 years of experience creating and editing the publication of high-quality drug information and educational resources for health care professionals and patients.
Johnston completed her undergraduate degree in pharmacy at the University of South Carolina and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. She then completed a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at the Ralph H. Johnston VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. Her interests include diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and anticoagulation management.
