ANSWER

To build your team skills at work, it helps to accept that everyone has limitations and that conflict is a natural part of working with others. It’s how you manage these conflicts that can make the difference. Deal with problems as they happen; don't let them build up. Focus on the problem, and don't point fingers at the person. Stay open to other people's ideas. Try not to take constructive criticism personally.
