Bradley G. Richardson

A professional speaker, Bradley G. Richardson is the founder of JobSmarts, a training and consulting firm that teaches and advises organizations on how to better recruit, retain, and develop the career skills of entry-level employees, new recruits, and younger workers. JobSmarts clients include AT&T, GTE, Applebee's Restaurants, Southwest Airlines, and Union Carbide.

Richardson has appeared on numerous television and radio shows and been featured in many publications. He is heard weekly on CBS Radio as the host of "JobSmarts with Bradley Richardson" and serves as a career correspondent for Paramount's UPN Television in Dallas. He is a columnist for Monster.com and is a frequent contributor to many national and trade publications.

Richardson is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development, the National Association of Colleges and Employers, and the National Speakers Association. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he was a varsity tennis player, Richardson lives in Dallas with his wife Meredith and their two children, Samantha and Skyler.
