Who can I talk to about my breast cancer and how I'm feeling?

ANSWER

You can talk to family and friends, and there are also professionals who can help you. You can start with your doctor or oncologist and describe know how you're feeling and what's on your mind. You might want to ask your doctor's help to find a support group near you or online. You may also want to find a therapist to talk to one-on-one. Cancer is a lot to handle. You don't have to do it alone.
