What are symptoms of type 1 Gaucher disease?
Type 1 Gaucher disease symptoms can sometimes be mild. Some people may never notice it. Others may have more severe problems. Symptoms can happen at any age and may include:
- Enlarged liver or spleen
- Anemia (low red blood cell levels), which can make you tired
- Low levels of blood platelets, which can make you bruise or bleed easily
- Osteoporosis (weak bones that break easily)
- Bone pain
- Lung disease
