What can help my child eat healthier?

ANSWER

One of the best things you can do is to eat a healthy diet yourself. Also, involve your child in food shopping and making meals, so they learn how to make nutritious food choices. Plan healthy snacks for them, and encourage them to eat slowly. Avoid eating in front of the TV, computer, or phone. And serve portions that aren't too big. Make water their usual drink; avoid sweet drinks.
