What should you do if you have chronic fatigue syndrome and get depressed?

ANSWER

About half of people with chronic fatigue syndrome develop depression at some point. If you and your doctor decide that an antidepressant is right for you, your doctor will choose one that’s least likely to cause side effects that could worsen your tiredness. She may also recommend that you go to a counselor for talk therapy.
