Does rapid weight loss work?

ANSWER

Aside from the very low-calorie diet and weight loss surgery, no other product, pill, or diet has been proven to work for fast weight loss. There are prescription medications for weight loss, but none of them are intended for rapid weight loss, and there can be side effects.

In any rapid weight loss program, what really burns fat is eating less calories and exercising
