What are the side effects of eating probiotics?

ANSWER

Probiotics don't have many side effects. Some may cause intestinal gas and bloating. It usually gets better over time. If you have trouble, try lowering the dose or skipping every other day. Check with your doctor before you start taking probiotics or any supplements. They could interact with antibiotics, immunosuppressants, or other medication you take.
