ALICE LICHTENSTEIN
I think one thing is that we have to think about total energy calorie intake first and achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight.

And we can eat the highest quality diet with all the right foods, but unless we do it in quantities that will achieve and maintain a healthy body weight, we're going to lose the benefit.

I think we also have to be very careful about the kinds of information we're given in labels on our food.

So we may see something that is organic and is natural, but it may be highly processed.

So we have to be careful about how we make the decisions about what we're going to purchase and what we're not going to purchase.
