Number two, one of the best appetite suppressants is just drinking lots of water. You drink lots of water, it helps to make your stomach more fuller. And also one important tip is eating small meals throughout the day.

When you're eating small meals throughout the day, you're not going to be as hungry. So it's going to curb your appetite. And that's it.
