Who should not take Riluzole?
The following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. Check with your physician if you have any of the following:
Conditions:
- low levels of a type of white blood cell called neutrophils
- damage to the liver and inflammation
- high amount of bilirubin in the blood
- abnormal liver function tests
- a yellowing of the eyes or skin from buildup of bilirubin called jaundice
- lung tissue problem
