- management or monitoring precaution: Renal-Adjust dose for age associated renal impairment. Avoid if CrCL<10 mL/min. Urogenital-Use caution in patients prone to urinary retention; discontinue if retention occurs.
Giving Haloperidol to a child under 12
- Severe Precaution: Not indicated age < 6 months.
